Step 1 | Browsing the site

To help you find products easily, you will find a navigation panel running horizontally below the Initial Ideas logo and a further navigation on the left-hand side of the home page which contains different categories. Within each category you will find sub categories. All of the products available at initialideas.co.uk have been added to one or more of these sub categories. Choose which sub category most closely fits the type of item you are looking for e.g. if you are looking for the perfect gift for a child click on the children section and then choose which sub category you wish to browse. Alternatively, there is a search function, which you’ll find at the top of each page. You can enter the product name or a keyword into this search function. Once you’ve entered this, press “Go” and a list of results will be displayed.

Step 2 | Making your selection

When you have found the item you want, click on the picture or title for more information. You will now see a page with further product details. This gives you an opportunity to find out more about the product and check it is the one you want.  This is also where you add any personalised information before you buy.
